Sooo, I'm also up for some plotting if anybody's interested~. At the moment I only have Belgium, but when/if my OC Siberia is accepted she'll be open as well. I'm totally free for whatever here, so just say so if you're at all interested and we can work fro there? Or something. C:

Would Belgie like to be best friends with Hungary? :3
I feel that Hungary needs a close friend to talk to and be feminine with, as well as gape over yaoi and things like that. Plus since they're both a bit tomboyish, I think it'll work out pretty well
