Feliciano woke up and rubbed his eyes. It sure was awfully breezy today, he thought. He looked around as his senses heightened, and felt his heart skip a beat.
He had awoken on an empty beach, all alone, wearing a school uniform, a suitcase next to him.
“Ve, what happened..?” He had been taking a siesta, so maybe this was all just some weird dream. He tried pinching himself awake- it didn’t work. Feliciano looked at the suitcase beside him, and decided to open it. “Hopefully there’s pasta…”
But there wasn’t any pasta, just clothes. He pouted in disappointment.
“Stuck on the beach again without any pasta…” he sighed, “Maybe I should take another nap…” Feliciano sure felt sleepy. Besides, this just had to be a crazy dream. If he went back to sleep, he would certainly wake up happy in his warm and comfortable bed, maybe even next to Ludwig… he put the suitcase back down and patted a small mound of sand to rest his little head on. He shivered- boy, the beach sure was cold! What a realistic dream! He took a few dress shirts out of his suitcase and covered his body with them, slowly falling into a slumber as he listened to the waves brush onto the shores softly, the white noise calming him. It sure was a beautiful day, he thought to himself, enjoying the peaceful air. He couldn’t wait to wake up and make some pasta- taking siestas sure did make him hungry! Feliciano smiled, his eyes closed and amber hair spread out on the sand, enjoying his rest time. However, there was the one shred of doubt, the worry that he would wake up and still be on this beach, alone, without anyone to protect him from danger. Of course, what were the chances of that? Why would he be on an actual beach anyways? He was at home, in a deep sleep, and was about to wake to the rosy late afternoon light that would paint his room when his siesta was over.
“Ow!” Feliciano yelped in pain, looking up at the person that had tripped over him.

Being in a new country, it was only logical for one to explore it in order to become accustomed to one's surroundings. However, Arazia sincerely doubted that she would ever grow to understand this foreign land. Everything seemed so strange to her, so crowded and fast-paced! It's not as if she did not try to learn to love Japan, or at least feel comfortable in it, but we all know that "trying" for an Italian isn't saying much. No, she had simply wandered around various districts in utter depression about how much she missed her homeland. It had been a whole week since Arazia woke up in a strange room, her dorm room to be precise, and yet she was still homesick.
Arazia continued her little adventure down the streets of Japan, hoping to run into something familiar. Of course, it was not long before Arazia realized the situation herself. It was getting late. She was completely lost. In a country she had never set foot in until now.
"Oh no! Che cosa devo fare?!"
Arazia whimpered aloud holding her head in her hands and shaking it in confusion and self-pity, receiving a few strange looks from some passing Japanese. She could feel fear rising in her stomach making her legs quiver. Arazia was not use to being alone even as Sicily she was always a part of something larger than herself. It was such a common state to her, that Arazia had grown use to it. Now, alone in a strange land, Arazia was scared stiff. What could she do? Thinking back to her life as the little island, Arazia recalled some advice that Germany had told her during World War II, when the Allies were invading her land to get to him and her brother, Italy. He had told her, "When all things seem lost, let your instincts guide you and pull you through." Arazia smiled as she recalled the information. It had been one of the few occasions she had met Germany. Who knew it would come in handy?
With a deep breath, Arazia controlled her fear and pushed forward through the crowd. Just let my instincts guide me... She repeated over and over in her head. Even as the sky slowly grew shades of pink and orange with the setting sun, she pressed on, taking turn after turn, walking block after block, until...
"Eh? Is that...the ocean?!"
Arazia sprinted at the sound of crashing waves. Salt began to tinge the air and various seabirds filled the skies with their cries of joy. It was only a moment and a quick run down a boardwalk before she hit the sandy beach. The sight before her was simply breathtaking. It seemed impossible that she had made it just in time to see the setting sun throw its vibrant lights over the water. Simply everything sparkled with a fiery light. Arazia closed her eyes and took in the sounds and scents, taking off her school shoes and socks to feel the sand between her bare toes. If she imagined hard enough, it was almost as if she was back home, back as Sicily. In this sweet daze Arazia continued down the line of empty beach, not a care in the world, simply enjoying the breeze whipping about her person and the sand under her feet. Unfortunately, her eyes were still closed.
THUD!
Arazia had been so zoned out she did not even bother to look around at her surroundings. So she tripped of course! "A-a rock?!...No...Something softer...U-uh-oh...It's breathing..." She said aloud as she opened her eyes worried to see exactly what she was still squishing.
"F-Feliciano?! Brother?!"
Yes, Arazia had tripped and landed right on his stomach. For a moment, she stared with surprise then remembered it was probably difficult to breath with her on his chest. Arazia scrambled off, and scooped Feliciano up into a gentle hug, kissing each of his cheeks several times over. She was overcome with joy. Finally she found that familiar something she was looking for. Arazia was so thrilled that she couldn't control her rambling, occasionally her excitement got the better of her and she spouted Italian.
"Brother! You have no idea how strano this land is! Did you just get here? I've been here for abooout... una settimana! Everything is so stranieri! Luckily, the food isn't that bad but still....Mi sei mancato..."
With the last words she hugged him tightly to her, afraid the one piece of her former life would disappear. For once she felt like this boarding school disaster had really all been a nightmare and now everything was back to normal.
~~~ Italian Transaltions: "Oh no! Che cosa devo fare?" - "Oh no! what am I going to do?" "Eh?" - "Huh?" "strano" - "strange" "una settimana" - "a week" "stranieri" - "foreign" "Mi sei mancato" - "I missed you" ~~~ OOC: YAY! Finally, they get to meet! ^_^
Adam woke up in the sort of place that was the most appropriate for him to wake up, the beach. Of course the other alternative was a pub, however Adam suspected, since he couldn't remember how he got here, that that may have been where he was previously. Well, it certainly made sense.
Currently he was laying in the sand. It was a nice beach, not as nice as his though. His had beautiful white sand, clear blue-green sea and an absolutely no-clouds allowed, sky. It was the lack of blistering, skin peeling heat, that alerted him to the fact that this was not one of his beaches. In fact, he had absolutely no idea where he was...well...on a beach obviously. He sat up, brushing the sand out of his brown hair, then slicking it back to its usual style. Which didn't work...it was lacking its usual gel. Two strands flicked about, sticking straight up. They did that when he was annoyed, which he was.
Rubbing his temple he stood up and gave the beach a proper gander. "Bloody hell, how much did I drink?!" He exclaimed to no one in particular. Musta been a hell of a lot. And why the fuckin' hell am I in some school uniform?! "Probably bloody France, he's inta kinky stuff like that..but still" He made a face, uniforms and Adam did not go well together, he thought them useless. Like tits on a bull. Or a parachute in a submarine. He took off the jumper part of it and untucked his shirt. "A bloody tie too?! Eugh, fuckin' hell, I ain't a bloody pom, I don't dress prissy!" He was wearing shoes too, gross. He kicked them off and threw the jumper, tie and shoes into the sea.
He then kicked the sand. It wasn't the sand's fault that he was in some strange place, in strange clothes. But it made him feel better. Adam sighed, perhaps he ought to go look around. He might find someone he recognised. Better yet he might find somewhere to get a nice cold beer. His mouth almost drooled at the prospect, it was so dry. As dry as a dead dingos donger. And thats dry. And what luck! As he looked around he spotted a familair face! A young ranga, with a curl in his hair, it could only be one person, actually, two people, but judging by the look on his face, Adam guessed it was the less grumpy of the two.
"Oi! Feli! Is that you mate?" He yelled out, trying to get the other's attention as he made his way across the sand.
Feliciano hugged his sorellina so tightly- he hadn’t seen her in such a long time! Such a cutie pie she was too, it made him feel all warm and fuzzy inside. “Ve, I’m so happy to see you, Arazia~” Such a hearfelt reunion; now if only his big brother Lovi was here, then everything would be perfect!
“Mi sei mancato anche!” He replied to her. “And no, I don’t think I’ve been sleeping here very long, ve, I just woke up and there was an ocean next to me! It’s so strange… so I’m not dreaming at home after all, huh?” He frowned a little at the thought. “I wonder where Ludwig is… I hope he’s not too far away…”
Feliciano took a short second to process the situation, something that he didn’t usually do. He was stuck on some strange beach, somewhere he didn’t know, all alone with nothing but a suitcase beside him and clothes put on his body. Kidnapped? He wondered, and then looked at his sister.
“Sorellina, why are we here anyways?” Feliciano asked with a sad expression on his face. “Why did I wake up on the beach..? What has been happening around here?”
Feliciano heard a familiar voice call out to him- “Australia?” He replied, a little surprised. “Adam, it’s a-you! It’s so good to see you!” His cheery attitude resurfaced and Feliciano waved to the man approaching them. “Sorellina, have you met Australia? Adam, this is my little sister, Arazia!” He introduced the two as he got up from the ground, brushing off the sand on his clothes.
“Ve, are we on the beach in Australia, Adam?” Feliciano asked, hoping for the answer to be what he wanted it to be. Although he had the sweet smile on his face, inside him was something that sobbed and cried with worry. His heart pounded to the words that repeated over and over in his head as he awaited Adam’s reply.
Please say that we’re in Australia… please say that I can return home to see Ludwig… please say that we’re not somewhere strange and new…
...please let there be pasta.
OOC: Gonna implement the two characters together! So I think that the next turn will be Arazia, then Adam, and then me again, and we can go in that order, alrighty? :3
Arazia smiled broadly at her elder brother and brushed some sand off the shoulder of his school uniform as she listened to him explain exactly how he ended up on the beach. She nodded occasionally, realizing instantly what happened to him. It was the same as all the other countries. Now Feliciano was no longer Northern Italy, but a mortal high school student at an academy for all the regions of the world. Arazia frowned, knowing how scared he must be feeling now, and how he would be frightened even more if she told him the truth. Seeing his face twist with fear would just break her heart, so she decided to keep the truth to herself.
"I'm not entirely sure myself, Feli...But..Non ti preoccupare, il mio amato fratello..."
She replied and gently stroked his hair to calm him down. Even though she was his younger sister, Arazia often found herself calming down Feliciano whenever he let his worries get the best of him. Likewise, if she ever felt down herself, Feli was always there to cheer her up. Less could be said of Lovino in the cheerily affectionate area, but he too was always there for her in the not-so-affectionate-but-still-caring way he treated both of his siblings. They were a strong little family, as all le famiglie italiane were! Not even a problem like this could keep them apart for long.
However, that did not mean that their little family moment couldn't interrupted. At the sound of a rough and energetic young voice, Arazia's head snapped up and her eyes narrowed at the intruder. She didn't recognize the fellow, but upon first impression she found him rather frightening. Arazia was never very outgoing when meeting new people, especially when they were strange foreign men she had never seen before. It was all too much of a reminder of her French experience that scarred her for life. Upon first impression, this new young man was quite intimidating with his rugged appearance and boisterous personality. If it Antonio had been around at the time she would have quickly hid behind him, but seeing as he was not Arazia stood and grabbed the closest thing to her: Feliciano. She quickly hid behind him, gripping the sleeves of his uniform with either hand.
"Fratello, che è l'uomo spaventoso?"
She asked quietly, eying the man from around her brother's shoulder. He was not the ideal for of protection, Lovino or Antonio would be far more ideal, but Feli was all she had at the moment and at least he appeared to be familiar with this stranger.
~~~ Italian Translations: Non ti preoccupare, il mio amato fratello - Do not worry, my beloved brother Le famiglie italiane - Italian families Fratello, che è l'uomo spaventoso? - Brother, who is that scary man?

“Australia? Adam, it’s a-you! It’s so good to see you! Sorellina, have you met Australia? Adam, this is my little sister, Arazia!”
Adam waved back, it was Italy after all, and some chick..his little sister? Both of them seemed to be in similar uniforms to his own. Now this was getting weird. "Nice ta see ya mate!" He grinned cheerfully, then turned to his sister giving her a wink. "Nice ta meet ya love, names Adam"
“Ve, are we on the beach in Australia, Adam?”
Oh he bloody wished they were. So much so, but he knew that they weren't, he still had no idea where they were. "No mate, I bloody wish we were, but its just, its just not the type of heat we have in me home. And this place doesnt feel like home, ya know?". He was now right next to them, still somewhat taller than the other nations. "Whats with the fuckin' uniforms? Do ya have any idea why we're wearing them? I just woke up in mine, threw away the bloody tie and other shit though."
He didnt really wait for an answer as he climbed a large sand dune. He had hoped he'd see something familiar or recognisable, but he had been wrong, he still had no idea where they were! "Fuckin' hell, we are somewhere past the black stump fer sure!" He scratched his head, the two strands of hair flicking away again.
------ Translations..not really needed but hey
Love: term like mate but for women, although mate can be used for women too.. but its usually for blokes Past the Black Stump: middle of nowhere

“Ve, this man isn’t scary!” Feliciano replied to his frightened little sister. “Adam’s a nice guy, trust me!” He smiled at Adam as he patted Arazia, and then heard Adam suddenly break to him the unfortunate news- they weren’t in Australia after all.
“Oh…” he sighed, frowning a little. “Well… I hope we’re somewhere safe, but, I don’t know what to do now… we’re stuck out in the middle of nowhere…” Feliciano looked down at his wrinkled uniform and responded to Adam’s statement about their new clothing. “Ve, we’re wearing the same thing, Australia! How funny, I didn’t notice!” He looked up at the taller man and noted that some articles were missing from his clothes. “It looks like a school’s uniform, so maybe that’s a big clue!”
Italy watched as Adam surveyed the beach, and then looked down at the suitcase that rested beside his feet. “Oh yeah, this thing…” he bent down and picked it up, showing his sorellina. “Arazia, I woke up with this strano suitcase thing that doesn’t have any pasta in it!” he whined. “You’ve been here a little longer, right? Do you know why I have this-a weird thing with me?” He looked at Adam, who stood atop a sand dune, and called out to the Australian man. “Hey, Adam, did you get a suitcase as well when you a-woke up here?”
The sea’s waves crashed onto the shore in a canonical melody, and Feliciano enjoyed the soft winds blow through his hair. “Ve, we should probably get going then… we mind as well search around, right?” He giggled. “But ah, I don’t know where to go, so maybe one of you two could lead the way for me? Hopefully we’ll find some pasta around here somewhere, I really could go for some yummy food right about now, especially something as tasty as pasta!”

~~~ (OOC: At one point, Arazia speaks really fast in this so I have what she actually says spaced out at the bottom with the translations~! ^_-)
~~~ Arazia stepped out a bit further from behind her brother, though her hands remained gripped to his sleeve. Her hard gaze softened to a far more gentle one as she eyed the man curiously. A small smile and light blush tinged her cheeks at his greeting and she mumbled a soft,
"C-ciao...~!"
This Adam seemed a bit like Lovi in personality: bold, demanding and with more than a few unsavory words thrown in. However, unlike her elder brother this man was a bit more...tough and intimidating. Over all, though, if Feli said he was nice, then Arazia figured he must be. Who knows, maybe she could find another friend in Adam. The idea made her smile for if Arazia cared for anything it was her family and friends.
At the mention of the uniforms all three of them were wearing, Arazia's smile faltered. She looked down at her bare feet, swirling the sand between her toes. Her mind was conflicted with the thought of telling them the truth. How could she go about the topic without causing Feliciano to panic or Adam to be furious?! She did not know if she could handle either situation, but keeping secrets was never easy for her. It was her responsibility to spill the news for she was the only one who knew between the three of them. Besides, it was either she told them as gently as she could or they found out on their own by their own means or by a less-than-kind source. Arazia took a deep breath, still focused on her feet, then let everything she knew tumble out,
"Mio fratello...Adam....you see,...WeareactuallyinGiapponeatthemoment,wellnotjustusbutallthecountriesoftheworld,Ithink,andwhenIwokeupIwasinthisdisparidormroomwithasuitcaseofmyownanditturnsoutitwasaschooldorm,hencetheuniformsandstuff.AtfirstIwasdavverodavveroscared,butthenIlookedaroundabitandlearnedthatallofthecountriesandregionsoftheworldhavebeenturnedintol'uomomortaleanddroppedatthisAcademy~!"
Arazia then squeezed her eyes shut, flung her arms around her brother, and buried her face in his chest. She felt better now that she had told them all what was going on, but she could not ignore the worry building in the pit of her stomach. How would her Feli react? She recalled that he did know Japan quite well after WWII and all, so she hoped he would feel even a tiny bit better that he was in a country that he knew. She could not guess Adam's reaction, but she prayed that he would not be too mad.
"Mi dispiace...I don't know exactly were we are at the moment...I was wandering around and got a bit lost until I found this beach and then, well, you know..."
Arazia spoke into the sweet smelling fabric. She was still too afraid to look either of them in the eyes, preferring to silently beg in her head, her face nestled safely in her brother's arms.
Spero che non mi odi ...
~~~ "We are actually in Giappone at the moment, well not just us but all the countries of the world, I think, and when I woke up I was in this dispari dorm room with a suitcase of my own and it turns out it was a school dorm, hence the uniforms and stuff. At first I was davvero davvero scared, but then I looked around a bit and learned that all of the countries and regions of the world have been turned into l'uomo mortale and dropped at this Academy!"
Italian Translations: Ciao - Hello Mio fratello - My brother Giappone - Japan dispari - odd davvero davvero - really really l'uomo mortale - mortal humans Mi dispiace - I'm sorry Spero che non mi odi... - I hope they don't hate me...
It was both unfortunate and fortunate for Adam that because people in his own country spoke fast he was able to decipher the girl's words quickly. After all, one of the things about Strine was to speak quickly. He was shocked when he finally realised what she was saying. What?! Fucking hell, this cant be right, this can't! He began to pace quickly, the two ahoges on his head, flicking about, as they normally did when he was in a bad mood. There had better be a way to fix this!
"Ya can't be fuckin' serious! We're....we're.. human?!" Adam exclaimed, a look of perfect horror on his face. And they were in Japan. Adam didnt get along with Japan during WW2 for obvious reasons. After all the guy had invaded him, then fought him in Kakoda, killing many of his men and imprisoning them and himself in appalling conditions. But after that... well Adam had never been able to hold a grudge for too long. He was on far better terms with the guy now. If Adam liked you, he teased you. Which is what he did to Kiku.
"No no no! This has to be wrong!" He glared at the uniform. He'd never really been to a school before. He figured this would be true for most nations. When he was a kid, education normally came from other convicts, or the prostitutes, who'd both been dumped on his land for stupid reasons. Or it came from the small convict school for criminal children. He'd learnt how to do servant work there. It was some time after that when he'd been taught how to read and write. Which he loved to do now.
A suitcase... Feli mentioned a suitcase? Adam wandered over to the place he'd woken up. There covered in the sand, was some black luggage. Nestled on that luggage were two animals, fast asleep as he'd had been not to long ago.
"Stitch! Bluey!"
