A park! Some nature! This was one of the most wonderful sights he had seen all day. Or well, he would have preferred the view of the mountains he'd this morning, but compared to the big city he somehow had ended up in the park was a paradise to find. He was quickly inside the park, finding a good spot to sit down and think things through. To his luck the weather was good and sunny, so he didn't have to find shelter in a building. Just seeing the park was a big relief to him, happy to have organic stuff around him instead of buildings. He had only been in a big city once before, and back then he had sworn he'd never set his foot in such a thing again. And yet he was here right now.
Sigurður supported his own head with his hand for a minute, trying to avoid a growing headache. This place.. ugh. How had he even ended up here? The last thing he remembered... what was that again? Being on his good old island. Now he was in ... he sent the suitcase he had woken up next to a glare. Tokyo, Japan. On the other side of the planet. How in the world had he gotten here without him even noticing? That was why he had stamped this whole thing as his imagination, or a dream. Or maybe both. The fact being that it was not happening, he refused to accept that he was so far away from everything he knew. Everyone he knew. At least that was what he tried to believe. He hadn't got the money to travel all the way back to Iceland, and he didn't know anyone on this side of the globe.
He could almost cry about how silly this was, and how big trouble he thought he was in. Maybe he should try find a way to call Lukas and ask for help. But what should he say? "Hi I somehow ended up in Japan, could you help me?" He would probably be asked how in the world he had managed to end up there and he wouldn't have an answer to that. He would be blank. And he would feel so stupid for being able to end here without having a clue about how. He kept glaring at the suitcase and the piece of paper that texted the travel he had been on without knowing it. Glared like it was its fault he had ended up here. When had he packed all his stuff in a suitcase anyway? No he hadn't. He had been planing to use this day in the mountains, without all of his stuff that would be useless there anyway.
Who did this?
Sigurður curled himself together and folded his arm around his legs to hug him, putting his head on his knees. Trying to brace himself from this unknown situation. His brain working overtime to figure out what he should be doing. He thoughts kept coming back on a piece of paper in his pocket. An address to a high school somewhere in the area. He was kind of curious, without really knowing why. He felt oddly interested in it, but he told himself better. That could be some sort of weird trap. He was lost in a big city he didn't know after all. A complete stranger here, and he didn't remember signing up for anything. He also had a bigger problem that bugged his mind. Or at least it was a big deal to him. A very big deal. "Mr. Puffin.." he murmured through a bit of a sniffle. He had no idea where the bird was right now, and it worried the good out of him. The puffin was always with him, and he never left without it. So what if it had come with him somehow, and was lost somewhere?

Matthew’s steps became slower when he was able to figure out that he was not alone. Someone had really bright hair and he did not look entirely thrilled. He bit at his lips before he began to approach the individual. “Um…Hello?” Matthew lightly asked, keeping his arms close to his sides. Oh, hey, this guy looked familiar. [/ul]

Another thought hit Sigurðurs confused little head; what was he supposed to do when the night hit? He had nowhere to sleep and he refused to sleep out here in a park, in the middle of Tokyo. He didn't mind sleeping outdoors, actually he enjoyed it, but when he didn't even want to set his foot in a city he would never dream of staying there during night. His head was already buzzing with all the bad stuff that could happen to him before tomorrow.
Sigurður didn't feel the presence of another person before he heard a voice, and it had to be addressed to him. There was no one else around. The voice knocked him completely out of his worrying thoughts, and he automatically turned his head in the direction of the voice. Without noticing it himself he stared a bit a the other person, as if he was from another planet. He had blonde hair and didn't look a bit Japanese. Nor Asian.
The Icelander rose almost faster than his own body could follow, eager to find out who in the world this was and to get a better view of them. Though his expression stayed calm and confused. "Halló" he replied, and before giving the other guy a chance to say anything else he continued. "You're not Japanese!" He declared like it would be a completely surprise to the stranger, thought that wasn't really what Sigurður meant. "Hope you don't mind I ask why you're here?" Well, it wasn't that unusual to find non-Japanese in Tokyo, but it was quite a sensation to Sigurður right now. It was such a relief to see someone that hadn't got black hair.
I think I know him.. He just couldn't put a finger on it. Looking at the others face made his memory spin, as if he had seen or met the person before. Somewhere, he just wasn't sure where and when and that blocked out his possible identity.
OOC: Lol sorry it's short, but at least there's 300 words |D

............
"Everyone has a bit of the devil in 'em." Wow, so much beauty in one place! Who couldn't love this fresh air, light grasses, this, this... This place that wasn't her homeland at all. Coming out of her trance of just glancing over the areas of the park, Brittney blinked her light cerulean eyes a few times, confusion replacing the blank look a moment ago had shadowed over her. "'Ey, where 'em I?" The question came from her thoughts, and not surprisingly, from her voice. She might have had a tendency to speak aloud, though that may not really be true...
Her attention drifted toward a familiar sight to her; a small clover field, about a foot in circumference down by her feet. Well, she did love those types of plants, didn't she? Instantly forgetting her question, she got down onto her knees, running through the rough patches with enthusiasm. Boy, did she love those clovers. Her house, so many gardens full of them. It was technically an obsession of hers, though she definitely does not consider that one. Obsessions to her aren't like her 'hobbies', though in all reality, they are pretty much the same. Her eyes suddenly closing, she attempted at remembering where she was.
Well, that wasn't much help. Last place she remembered was her being in her homeland. Ireland. Just where was she- She blinked as her head swerved toward the exit of the park, and toward the city around it. Huh, Tokyo? How the hell did she get to Japan! "'Eh! What th' hell?" Quickly getting back to reality again, a shocked expression overcame her face, her eyes wide with curiosity. How did she get here? Did her brothers do this to her? She would have seen Arthur doing this, but what about Fraser and... Oh, she couldn't quite remember the other one of her brothers just yet. Wales, she knew his country yes, but human-given name, not at all. Anyways, back to here.
What the hell was going on!
Sighing ever so slightly, she rose back to her feet, blinking at the now-acquired grass stains on her- wait, was that a skirt? What! She really wasn't the type to wear that sort of clothing, more or less, she wore shorts and jeans, nothing at all like this, this... Uniform, maybe? Although, why would she be wearing a uniform? While being in Japan? Nothing made any sense to her, though she really needed answers. Now slightly annoyed, she abandoned the clover patch (not before taking a clover for luck), heading in a different direction. That is, she was heading the other way, though she caught the sound of 'You're not Japanese!' a bit away from her. Huh? Wha'? she thought at once, blinking a few times before realizing she was not the one being talked to.
Still not knowing what she was really doing, Brittney took a few careful steps in the direction of the voice, a male, and what seemed to be another one, perhaps the one he was speaking to. Wait, didn't they seem familiar...? It was right then that it hit her. "'Eh! You two, 'eny idea what's goin' on?" She called out, waving in the direction of the two, hoping to gain their attention. Well, she could be considered like Canada was; occasionally invisible to others, though it wasn't that bad, unlike him. Well, it was always nice to meet 'new' people, was it not? She just hoped that she wasn't ignored...
(( *is totally invading this thread* Eh, I needed to post somewhere. I hope this isn't a problem. c; Oh.... word count: I really think this is over three hundred. o-o))

“No, I suppose I am not.” Matthew felt the need to bite back the need to lash out in such a situation. It was the twenty-first century, people. At that point in time, Matthew felt he had earned status of being recognised as someone who existed. It was funny how in such a little thing could disrupt his flow of thought. But he had to blow it off as much as he could; focus—focus. Someone needed help and no one was around except him. Iceland, he soon managed to remember, was not exactly in the greatest shape. Matthew flinched when he watched the other getting up; it seemed that the shorter being needed to take time to absorb everything. That or maybe walk a bit slower. “I don’t know entirely, but—“ Well, even here it was hard to get a word in! Go figure. Instantly he turned his head, squinting his eyes at the figure waving at the pair. It looked as though someone was ready to join to party; another person who seemed just as confused as Iceland. Matthew was already overwhelmed by the prospect of the situation—he was not much of a leader to begin with unless the right buttons were pushed, and well, people sucked at listening. Slowly, he forced an arm up in the air to wave in return to whoever the person was (he was unable to tell from the distance; probably another nation.) “Um—hello!” Matthew did the best to raise his voice. “Do you mind getting a tad closer so I can try to explain--?” He felt his voice crack, lowering his arm back to his side. Well, that was already embarrassing. Matthew cleared his throat, shifting the weight on his feet. The same hand he had raised was brought to his face to push his glasses up the bridge of his nose in means to keep his hand busy.[/ul]

He still struggled to put a finger on the blonde guys name... Wasn't there mentioned something about Vinland long ago? No... Oh fear, everything really failed him right now... He didn't seem to be less confused than how Sigurður felt right now. And when he was just about to tell something, though cut off by a voice. At least he seemed to know something. The 'but' was a promise on that in Sigurðurs head right now. Or maybe he was just hoping a bit too much.
Sigurður turned his head in the direction of a second person, one with strong orange hair and English. Clearly not Japanese either. He dwelled a bit at her, trying to figure out if he knew her. With those two people, he highly regretted only knowing about himself and the other Nordics - and a few more by little. Heck, sometimes he even doubted how well he did know the others. She seemed familiar too, and he guessed she lived close by.
Not sure what to do, Sigurður nervously rested a hand on the suitcase, while waiting for her to come over. It was big enough to do that, he guessed that the half of his house must be in that suitcase. He wouldn't be surprised if he found his bed in it too. Slightly annoyed that she had cut the blonde guy off, but happy there was more people here. It was a big relief to see people that seemed confused about ending up here too, or rather just having someone around that understood.
The blonde just seemed to be a bit more upset about it, his voice cracking. Sigurður chose to ignore it, not even blinking. Just keeping his eyes on the girl, not replying her and just letting the blonde have the word. He wasn't sure what to say anyway. Other than asking questions about who they were, unnecessary questions that could be done without right now.
OOC: And then a roflcopter came flying and threw meat buns at them. ...Don't ask.

Well, it seemed like that worked decently, with the pathetic waving and all. Both of them noticed her, with the blond male speaking out, quietly at that, though she was able to hear it, even if it was faint to her. The other one of the duo didn't really speak, but his eyes were on her, and suddenly, she felt quite insecure. Should she have done that? Were they having a decent conversation, and she interrupted them? No matter, she thought crossly. I really need to know what's going on.
She took a few steps in their direction, though stopped in her tracks when something had hit her. How did she get here, really? First, she was resting at home, her home, and then she woke up in the middle of a park, surrounded by clovers (not that she didn't mind the clover part; she actually enjoyed that). Didn't seem like it was intended for her to just hop on a plane and travel halfway across the world. Brittney was more of a... homestead person, not really leaving unless necessary. It just didn't really make any sense to her. Blinking a few times, trying to get out of her small stupor, she realized that she was holding up time.
Brittney bit her lip in embarrassment, though she came toward the two males quite slowly, though her cerulean eyes widened with recognition at the sight of the blond. "Matthew? Is tha' you?" She spoke aloud, having a terrible time with keeping back her thoughts. The other she faintly knew; he was one of the Nordic ones, wasn't he? The name seemed to be on the tip of her tongue, but for some reason, she felt as though she would get it completely incorrect. Therefore, she chose to keep her mouth shut.
"'Enyways, either 'o you two know what we're doing in Japan? I have no clue a' all." She quired, the embarrassment seeming to vanish quickly. It seemed that these two, both nations to her knowledge (she didn't know about the other, but Matthew was a definite yes), had gotten here somehow, and she hoped that she wasn't the only one either. If she was, though, the two in front of here wouldn't be here, right? How confusing...
OoC ;; Almost a week late? Comeonpeople, remind me. ;O; Sorry if it seems short; need to post some more though~
